**Please Note: ** This workshop is advertised as suitable from 4+ months for preparation and feeling informed, to begin your weaning journey. 
The practical element of exploring first tastes is an *optional offer* for approximately last 30 mins of workshop.
**As per guidelines (NHS/World Health Organisation) trying the food is only recommended for babies ready and at weaning age- 6 months+ but is of course at your discretion and parental choice.**

Sleep Support Workshop

We found the Sleep Support Workshop really useful. An informative session that offered reassurance that we’re on the right track! Laura is lovely, no judgement and empathetic to sleep deprived parents. A great session for those that need some advice and guidance.

A great workshop to understand the science behind your baby’s sleep. Had all my questions answered and picked up some useful tips for the future also. Another good session, particularly for first time parents to help you feel informed and give you confidence.
